    I used to use it for everything. I like it a lot better then beef actually. But we moved overseas almost two years ago and you can not find turkey here what so ever. I use ground lamb now instead of beef.

    I add yogurt to all my cakes and most of my other baking. I like it better then sour cream and it makes a moist recipe.

    I use it just for spraying cake pans or my waffle iron. I LOVE it bc its fast and easy. Pam with flour is amazing. I never found anything that will not make a cake stick in any shape mold but that not even by hand greasing and flour.

    This is very hard to say. I hate picking favorite anything bc I like so much :). I really love Indian, Middle Eastern, Italian, American. I guess Indian, lol. Its so good and I cook it a lot.

    I wanted a kitchenaid forever and I got it and I never use it at all. I LOVE my hand mixer bc its small, fast and not a big clean up. I just dread cleaning the mixer all the time, so I dont use it although it is very good for making bread.

    Why am I a failure at baking?

    You have got a lot of really great advice that I think you should follow. If a recipe calls for one size of pan you should try to use that bc recipes are designed that way 100% and that can effect a lot of things. What kinds of things have you tried baking that you feel you have failed at?

    Critters in my flour

    I agree with everyone else you gotta keep all that stuff in the freezer or fridge. My momma always did and so do I for that reason. I keep my flour, sugar, etc all in there.. Make sure its sealed bc it can get a freezer burn taste if not.
