I absoluetly adore matzoh farfel pancakes, but I live in a small town in Kansas with no access to matzoh farfel! Where can I buy some online? I have googled, but am not coming up with anything.

Can someone give me some basic guidelines for a roasted pork tenderloin. How to prepare it for roasting, oven temp and length.

Oh good! Deirdre loves eating mexican food when she comes to the US. About 10 years ago we tried making some dishes while I was there, but there were little to no speciality ingrediants available. She had told me recently however, that there were many more thing available now in the stores.

I have a good friend who lives in Ireland and I was wanting to send her a recipe this afternoon. I haven't got ahold of her yet, so I need to ask you all...do you know if enchilada sauce and corn tortillas are readily available in stores. I am guessing that enchilada sauce may be hard to come...

The show will be on again on the 12th at 6pm and the 13th at 3pm Eastern time. They only briefly describe this technique so don't blink! The chef who makes this is a british guy.

I am sure there is more to the technique than that, but that is all they showed.

That is about all I know! He had olive oil and corn starch in a sauce pan and was whisking it! He then spooned it over the the lobster. I just thought it was interesting and wondered if anyone else had caught that.

It appeared that he was cooking it. He was whisking it in a sauce pan. Come on...didn't anyone else see this?? I know I am not making this up! :lol:
