    Recommend Steak Knife set.

Great advice! To add...As you'll learn from the knife pro's on here, got to keep the knives sharp. A new Ronco knife will be better than a dull shun knife. For $50, from the big auction site I was able to get the pictured Henckels presentation set brand new. They cut great, although...

    Wursthof Class vs IKON Classic

All of the forged Wusthof models use the exact same blade and alloy. The tangs and bolsters may slightly vary to accommodate a different handle, balance or weight. Also something unique to Wusthof is it uses one solid piece of steel from blade tip to the butt (very rear). Almost all other...

    Calphalon Vs Chicago Cutlery

Here's my advice...On amazon or ebay you can get an 8" chef knife by knife victorinox forschner with a black plastic handle for $30 shipped. Pizza Burger ideas

Kind of a loaded question...Did you want it more Pizza-like? More burger-like? Or just want to intensify the flavor of the whole thing? I have three suggestions: Spicy sausage as a topping and/or Worcestershire sauce mixed into the ground meat Add the "kick" you're looking directly to the sauce.

    ISO BBQ chicken Casserole Recipe

With the baked beans, the whole thing is going to runny and casserole will not be able cut in slices like shepherds pie...Not it's a bad thing. With the potatoes, if you using a glass pyrex pan, it'll decrease the browning. Also you give the tatters a head start in the microwave. Maybe a...

Seems like this yields thin brownies. Not that it's a bad thing, but just wanted to set expectations... Tried the brownies from the OP...VERY FUDGE-LIKE and chewy...Too much for me and my guests...I may try this again and put a total of 2.5 cups of flour, still minimal mixing to prevent...

Another 3-2-1 question...Foil vs oven bags...

I tried this last night, 2-1-1 at 275 all in an oven. IMO, not as tender or overall as good as the 3-2-1 method...However, it was maybe 90% as good. That's very impressive considered you shave the cooking time down 2hours/33%...

Where do you get your chocolate for fine desserts?

I like ghirardelli...Wally world typically sells a 4oz bar for $1.80 w/ga tax...In either 62% or 70% cocoa...I like it better than S.B., seems to taste a little more like coffee and overall has more intensity (to me)
