    Save seeds to replant for next year?

    Can you keep seeds from your veggies to replant next year? This is my first year with an herb garden and I popped in some peppers too. They are all doing wonderfully. Can I keep the seeds and replant? Do I need to do something special to them over the winter?

    Crisco instead of Butter in recipes?

    Curious about this and can't find a straight answer on line anywhere. My friend's son is allergic to dairy and we are trying to figure out if she can substitute Crisco in recipes that call for butter. What affect would this have the recipe? Would it different for each recipe? What do you guys think?

    How long to heat frozen casserole?

    About how much longer do you think a frozen casserole (with cooked turkey) will take to reheat? The regular recipe says to bake for one hour at 350 degrees. Should I just increase the heat? Or longer cook time? Thoughts?
