Romantic dinner for 8...with a catch...

Box of Gianduja. Thats your dessert. Mostly cocoa butter. And we know what temperature that melts at. Body temperature. How about a nice cep risotto if you get a hold of the ceps. A pasta of some kind makes sense, all done on the stove.

ENGLAND - Heathrow Airport ... any good food?

Get into london, find yourself something there, nothing else to it. Depends on what time you get there i suppose. If you get to Heathrow at 11p.m. then you're in trouble, but if its in the day, get into town.

    Two meringues?

A favourite of mine is to use the same quantaties as other recipes, but to make something like individual meringue pies, mix hot sugar syrup. As long as you keep whipping, it won't go lumpy. It's very good.

    Weird ice cream flavors?

It could certainly be made like that, either with green tea bags or the actual leaves etc. in the cream, then when it comes to straining the cream, the leaves would be caught.

Go to your chemist and buy some glucose syrup. Mix 1 teaspoon of this for 100g of chocolate, with a quarter teaspoon for every 100g after. Cover the nuts in whatever way you see fit, leave to cool, and the coating will be glossy and even.
