    if i pan sear my roast and then finish it in oven.how long will it take to get to med rare. i know i put it in th eoven at about 325 but for how long to get to the desired finish?

    i know it s weird but i have a big food sensitivity to onions, cant injest them or i get very ill. whats a good subsitute for this, like how much onion powder ect is the right quantity to use when it says one whole onion ect. or another type of spice/herb that would make a good subsitute...
