    Spares from New Year's Day

    Talk about procrastinating. Did some spares to ring in the New Year. Also did a rack untrimmed. Probably won't do that again. Woosty, Texas BBQ Rub and SBR. Some fried potatoes and pasta salad for sides. Don't tell Larry but I prefer the Original Wolfe Rub on ribs. 8)

    Grilled up some ribs yesterday. Seasoned with Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder and a little dried parsley. On the grill. Time to eat the trimmings. Finished. Well, I didn't like them. I miss the smoke and didn't care for the texture. Now the problem... My wife loved...

    Pulled Chicken

    I am usually a lurker but I did cook today and can prove it. Two birds from Sam's Club with woosty and WRO. On the WSM with some cherry wood. Ready to rest. Pulled. Plated with some SBR, Pasta salad on the side and chips. Yum.

    Catering Grill

    My company is interested in purchasing a gas or charcoal grill to take to customer's sites for lunch, etc. I am imagining a towable unit. Any recommendations? Of course, I have not been given a budget. I have found a local manufacture called MobileGrills.com. Anybody ever seen these?

    Movie Night

    "Dukes of Hazzard" sucked but dinner was good. Rotis Chicken with Ginger-Soy baste. Redskin Potatoes and Aspargus (marinated in Italian dressing) Time to eat!

    Turkey Dinner

    Rotisserie Chicken

    Last night's dinner. Worchestire Bath. Wolfe Rubbed and Skewered. 1/2 Way. Finished. Probably took it about 20-30 minutes too far. This was the first time using Royal Oak. It definitely is hotter. But the skin was crispy and tasty. I liked the Wolfe Rub on it!
