    Grilled with alittle smoke, Eye of Round

    Dinner tonight was my first eye of round so I got a small one to try. I cooked it on my barrel grill off from the direct heat at around 275 degrees untill it hit about 125 internal temp, I rubbed it down with worechestershire sauce and my dry rub to start.     Brisket warmed up for Lunch

    All the talk about Chrismas Eve Brisket got me hungry, so I got a chunk of brisket that I cooked a few weeks ago out of the freezer and warmed it up and made some sandwiches, it was as good as when it was cooked. Sorry no sandwich pics, Like I said I was hungry! Pic of brisket sliced up.

    Cold and windy in Ohio

    Keeping ribs overnight?

    wrap in plastic wrap or big ziplock and refridgerate, next day warm in oven if you can. I do this if I will eat them in a day or two if longer I put them in the freezer.

    Todays cook- smoked bologna first time!

    Hey Yall' I got up this morning to smoke a 9 lbs pork butt some beef ribs and for the first time I smoked a 2 lbs chunk of bologna. When prepairing the bologna I scored it all over and rubed it down with mustard and put some Wolfe original rub to it and smoked it for 3 hours and boy it is goood!
