I thought I would make up a fatty for lunch today and share it with you.
made with 1 lb bacon in a weave, flatin out 1 lb Bob Evans Itallian Sausage, 8 ozs of Mezzetta Roasted Red Bell Peppers, cream cheese, colby/jack cheese,spinach leaves,and some of the orignal Wolfe Rub mix with some of my rub. With extra colby/jack over the top.
