And, I have to make a dessert since we just finished up the cookies last night.


WOW, you must be rich. Sounds great. But here on the "right coast" those fresh ingredients are healthy, tasty, colorful, but unfortunately, pricey and very perishable. I try to eat healthy, but tend to stay away recipes with too many of said ingredients. :(
 
Hi, Patty. I'm guessing you're referring to the red, yellow and orange bell peppers? We get them at Wal-Mart - less than $4 for a package of three. And if they're starting to get old, roast or grill them and put them on salad, or you can even freeze them and use them in cooked dishes later. HTH.
