Country fried steak, mashed potaoes, asparagus.
My new way to cook asparagus; Wrap in a damp paper towel and nuke. No pot or pan to clean. Life is good.

Cheeseburgers, fried potatoes and baked beans. For dessert we had chocolate cake with ice cream.

We don't have an Indian market that I know of. I wonder what they would cost at an Indian restaurant?

One of my very favorite meals. Homemade tostadas.

It told me that I spelled tostadas wrong, so for fun I clicked to see how spell-check wanted me to spell it. The only alternative it gave me was asbestos. No thank you!

Breakfast for Dinner tonight. All the pancake talk lately had me hungry for buttermilk pancakes.
