Ideas for ground pork uses?

Post #8. I just doubled the meatball recipe and used an ice cream scoop to make 12 balls which became slider patties. I made the single recipe for the chili mayo and cut the slaw recipe in half. I grilled the patties and applied liberal amounts of sesame oil once the patties were flipped. The buns were Martin potato buns, 12 count.
