When is dinner? I love red beans and rice. We had a late lunch, so will just have munches tonight.

Stirling just finished making supper: Mock Armadillo (Danish meatloaf), roast potato wedges, and rødkål, with white Lichette.

I might bake a quick cake for dessert.

Bought a ham right before Christmas since the price was so good and have been working our way through the portion that I didn't freeze. Breakfast was waffles w/ little chunks of diced ham in the batter & tonight was scalloped potatoes w/ ham & a side of braised cabbage.
