No cooking for me tonight. (second night in a row!) My interpreting class is going out to dinner at a thai restaurant for our final exam!

I had no idea until Jeekins gave me an idea to use up some of my pound of goat cheese - goat cheese and roasted red pepper stuffed chicken breasts. I am going to play around with the filling and may add a few other things to it as well. I have some asparagus to use up so will steam that and probably a rice pilaf.

Tomato, shrimp, basil, garlic over pasta with Parmesan cheese. It will be a cross between this:

Herbed Shrimp and Tomatoes Recipe (w/o the dip)

& this:

Shrimp, Tomato, and Basil Pasta and more delicious recipes, smart cooking tips, and video demonstrations on marthastewart.com

Anything I can get to in my kitchen/fridge without tripping over dropcloths. & paint cans.

Garlic bread, and the other half of a double chocolate chocolate chip muffin (I didn't finish yesterday).

Uncle Bob, I will be there as soon as I can. Can you leave a plate on the porch for me?
