One of these days, I'm going to show up at dinner time!

I'm on my own tonight so .... some ideas

pastrami wrap (I've had these a couple times and they're good!) with provolone, tomato, lettuce, a little pickle and mustard.

turkey meatballs in a basic tomato sauce with some kind of pasta

turkey meatball wrap with tomato, provolone and sauteed onions.

anyone of ten frozen dinners or more bean soup. getting tired of it though. not really hungry tonight.

This is sort of what I had, but no tomato.... and made up for it with onion! This was warmed up in the oven!

Home made baked Mac -n- cheese and salad.

I had leftover store bought fried chicken and macaroni salad, with my spanish rice. Yum even the 2nd time around. With wine of course.
