I think I'll marinate some BS chicken breasts and pan roast them. Just made some pasta salad as a side.

I have chicken in the slowcooker with taco seasonings and broth. We'll shred the meat later and make chicken tacos for tonight.

leftover tamale pie and salad. no water or air while workmen are installing water heater and a.c. so simple does it. ice cream for dessert.

That looks fantastic!

Have you tried other fruits or berries? I'm thinking blueberries might work pretty well.

Just peaches and nectarines so far, Bea. I'm thinking apples in the fall, and instead of vanilla in the butter sauce, I'm thinking maple flavoring. Whatcha think? I don't bake much.

Potato & string bean salad. Baby romaine salad with tomatoes, cucumber, basil, onions and blue cheese dressing.
