I made chili verde but can't decide if I should use it to make burritos, or just serve it in a bowl with tortillas, or make enchiladas with avocado, shredded cheese, and sour cream.
For lunch with DH we had waffles, eggs and ham left over from Sunday. For dinner Dad and I weren't hungry so I heated him a raisin scone with strawberry jam and I had some leftover linguine with leftover onion gravy from last night's salisbury steaks.
