I put together an Italian pressed sandwich before we left to run a ton of errands. It was so nice to come home, empty the car, and then have supper in front of us just about 5-10 minutes later. I'll have to plan like this more often.

Also thinking of trying to find my Christmas tree lights. I need to establish a precedent of when decorations go up here.
The low carb Mexican Wedding cookies or almond crescent recipes are fairly easy to find. The powdered sugar is more of a challenge.

Mexican Wedding Cookies Recipe – Kate’s Healthy Cupboard

I have read about a powdered sugar substitute and am in search of it in my area. If I don't find it I may end up powdering some Splenda, cornstarch and coconut or almond flour in the blender.

I would like to make a few different recipes but I really don't want a house full of cookies, low carb or not.
