Pasta with pesto sauce, garlic bread, and honeyed chicken drumsticks. Some serious food fusion!

We went to a friends to watch the last LOST of the season. He made fajitas and some really wonderful baked shrimp.

I brought vanilla ice cream and mini-lemon cakes for dessert.. but we got so involved in the show that we forgot to munch on them.

Last night made "Potatoes Italiano Bake" - a favorite from 365 Ways To Cook Vegetarian. That, along with a mixed green salad, was it.

grilled chicken salad

Very good my kids love salad, we had fresh radishes from the garden,
they have been just eating them right after they picked them. Figured
I better get at least one salad in before they are all gone.
Munched while watching Lost
Yum
