you can eat as much unhealthy food as you like, as often as you like, and gain no weight as long as you announce "it's ok to splurge everyone once in a while!" before you do so

Cutting a piece of cake and eating it out of your hand doesn't count. Food has to touch a plate to gain calories!

That's it, I'm tossing all my plates out the window. This is a diet I can handle.
