I read it and still, I won't knowingly eat it. I'm allergic to preservatives in foods and highly allergic to beer and it's preservatives. I can't take the chance, not worth it to me

I hear ya, and I'm not trying to change your mind here, but just FYI, MSG is not a preservative - it's a flavor enhancer.
