My sis has tofurky too, but she layers it (a la lasagne) with stuffing and tops it with cranberry. She says it's pretty good, (she can't have meat anymore, wishes she could) but I have issues with grey meat.
Thanks jkath, that sounds better because last year she had to share and I only made 4 rolls and she was very possessive of them, this way all could try it. I too have issues with tofu. I have tried it and it is a texture thing.
