Looks good, MaMa. The oyster/bok choy soup came out good. I managed to only eat about 1/4 of it and will add some Pollack and maybe a few thin slices of kielbasa tomorrow.

I also have a bunch of bok choy soup left, so I'll have some to freeze for later use.

Pork Tenderloin, scalloped potatoes and some tomatoes and cucumbers. Simple but nice dinner.

I actually ended up holding the cucumbers on ours too...it was rotten Second time that is happened from the same store - buy it one day and the next it is going soft.

There is a nice piece of pork and lots of potatoes left!
