Tuesday 10th Jan 2012 what's for dinner?

Quorn fillet and barbecue sauce sandwich for us. Think I'm chucking in some chips for mum and her hubby.

Tonight will be his and hers pizzas. The dough is rising.

Pasta , with my red gravy , cooked with Italian sausage and meatballs. Its been simmering for about 3 hrs now and looks ready. The sweet taste of San Marzano tomatoes , I've been craving! Oh and garlic bread (cabbata bagettes).

Well, DW just informed me that she has been invited out to dinner with her co-workers, so that changes my dinner plans. I'll probably stop off at the Thai place on the way home and pick up some blistering hot Beef Rendang. NOM!
