Very nice you two. We had the last of the leftovers for the chicken/pepper/olive/apricot stew from a few nights ago.

We had breakfast for dinner. I made individual 2-egg omelets - onion/mushroom/ham with American cheese for Himself, mushroom/ham/spinach/tomato with Jarlsberg for me. Since Tuesday was National Pancake Day and I missed it, we had pancakes with the omelets tonight. As usual, I was a day and a dollar short(stack).
