Yes. He does the baking & I do the cooking in our cafe.

Yesterday I tested a new vanilla cake recipe, and baked some loaves of bread for the freezer, destined to be stuffing!

Today I have made some Chocolate Ganache Tarts with sweetened whipper cream on top for mums birthday dinner tonight...must remember to take a photo before we eat them

They were very filling as they are 12cm in size...we could only eat a quarter each last night and then had some this morning

Came home from work at 5 and baked a batch of chocolate chip cookies, a dozen mini apple pies (scratch crust and all), and a batch of brownies to donate to a bake sale tomorrow.

Then I baked a 1/4 sheet vanilla cake, and made a batch of raspberry mousse. I'll fill the cake with the raspberry mousse, and ice and decorate with a swiss meringue buttercream. It's a surprise for a friend that has invited a bunch of friends up to visit the new farm that she just bought!

I made some pizza yesterday. This was the first mini pie. It needed a few



more minutes to really brown the cheese and crust a bit more but I didn't take pictures of the other two which were perfect!
