I just baked two sponge cake layers to be used instead of ladyfingers for this cake:

I think I will make a chocolate pie. Addie made me hungry for one. I still have some whipping cream for the topping too!

Hello All.I'm a newbie too. I am going to try out a recipe for Oatmeal Bars with dried cranberries. I really don't like the regular oatmeal cooked on he stove top-yuk.

I don't like cooked oatmeal either, but I love it cooked into bars and such.
