Making up deli trays today so I had a little salami, sharp cheddar cheese & a large green olive with a cup of lo-fat chocolate milk.

What is silverside?

It is basically beef and my mum used to cook it in water, same as pickled pork, it is a lovely meat to have cold in sandwiches or hot served with some white sauce
