I made chicken breasts stuffed with a mushroom duxelle, and macaroni and cheese from a blue box, LOL!
We also had a salad.
Was really good!

Persian Chicken Breasts
Rice
Steamed Broccoli
French Bread

First time making the Persian Chicken. My husband, oldest son and I loved it. The two younger boys though it was OK and ate it. In my house that is a success!

This is what I ended up having for dinner.... Mozzarella and red pepper toasts.... very satisfying!
