I baked BBQ pork spare ribs in the oven today for about 6 hours. I also made baked beans, and homemade mac and cheese. For dessert I made homemade peach cobbler in my dutch oven. We are about to have some with ice cream. Yum

We had salmon patties, carrots, & mashed potatoes last night. For dessert, brownies.

I haven't had salmon patties in years. I need to make some soon. Do you have a good recipe, crewsk? Thanks a bunch.

Since poor husband got home late last night due to Friday traffic, we just had leftover "Farfalle with Gorgonzola, Arugula, & Cherry Tomatoes" from the other night, along with a package of Aidell's Artichoke & Garlic Chicken sausages. Fast, easy, delicious - always a weeknight criteria - lol!!
