What's for Dinner Friday January 9th

I made a chicken liver mousse (Julia Child The Way To Cook, page 146) with double the port wine; had it with a loaf of french bread. :pig:

Dessert is a chocolate tart that I'm much too full to eat. :mellow::)
 
beef patties, mashed taters and corn. I had to go have lab work done at the hospital and bank , so I'm home later that usual. Comfort food, and it's fast
I'm a couple days late. I guess this was more appetizing that what it looks :neutral:, because he enjoyed it. :) It's what he wanted.
