Sorry, Mav, but I guess I didn't make enough meatloaf afterall. Awwww no fair! Thats ok, we ended up making Panang tonight. She brought home some sweet brown rice so I used some chicken strips meant for salad to make one batch and some lobster meat (imitation that she uses on her salad) to make another batch. Just enough for all of us!
