I'm guessing that PPO calls it that because it's his take on a tuna salad sandwich, GG. Maybe it should be dubbed "chickpea un-tuna salad"?

On the blog I called it Chickpea No Tuna Salad. Is made to come close to a tuna salad sandwich including the use of kelp powder.
