What's for dinner tonight? Wednesday 6/18/14

I made shrimp in a garlic/white wine/butter sauce and red pepper flakes with basmati rice and green peas.

We ordered out pizza but I got a sausage calzone for myself and a white pizza for the son and also a BBQ chicken pizza for later.

Kalbi ribs on the grill. Little smokies saute'd with regular barbecue sauce. Sesame noodles. Salad.

Mac and cheese for dinner this afternoon. I used up all the cheese I had in the fridge, which was about half sharp cheddar, and the other half was a mix of Monterey jack, Havarti, and smoked gouda. A bit of bread crumbs on top, and put it under the broiler for a few seconds. Ooey gooey creamy delicious.

We ate light tonight. Sandwiches and chips.

Grilled sirloin, microwave baked potato finished on the grill. Microwave frozen broccoli tossed with butter and lemon.

We had another grilled dinner...chicken thighs basted with butter mixed with Sriracha hot sauce, and a big marinated grill basket of mushrooms, zucchini, peppers, asparagus and onion.

We had pan grilled chicken sausages and a side of pasta salad.

Nothing too exciting here, lol. Grilled brats, cole slaw, and baked beans. Yay.

Asian marinated, grilled flank steak, homemade creamed corn, carrots and zucchini.

I made taco salad with grilled corn, among other goodies, and Aunt Bea's idea mixing sour cream, mayo and salsa for the dressing. Yum!
