Vegetarian fried rice with broccoli, scallions, scrambled egg pieces, green peas, mushrooms, etc.

Thanks!

It was a throw-together thing. The sauce had flour, butter, mustard, med-sharp cheddar/American cheeses, garlic powder and salt.... your typical mac-n-cheese.
