Pork carnitas enchiladas with Colorado sauce, refried beans, rice, sour cream, guacamole, tortilla chips, and 3 kinds of salsa. :D

i get the singapore style chow mai fun crewsk. it has shrimp, chicken, and i think pork (meeeooowww ), in a curry oil. i found a place that makes it fairly dry, not greasy, and extra spicy. yummm.

I think I'll stop and get some california rolls.
I have to go to the laundry mat today to wash all our blankets and bed spreads. YUCK!!! It's a chore I hate. I deserve a treat.
