How did you like the ragu??
Good stuff. This is the second time I've made it. I used a larger (nearly 4 lb.) pork shoulder so there would be leftovers. I cut it in half before cooking to make it easier to handle. I thought about making it in the slow cooker, but used the dutch oven again.
