Oh come on, it's just oil and vinegar dressing-- half water, half vinegar and 1 measure of oil, add spices and salt a pepper, that is the basic recipe.
Use your imagination on any type of vinegar, I like olive oil, basil, garlic, salt and pepper--lots of variations.
