Italian Pasta Salad

I love this pasta salad, try to follow it exactly:

1 box bow tie pasta boiled and drained
2 carrots peeled and sliced
2 ribs celery sliced
2 scallions chopped
1/2 lb mozzarella chopped
1/2 red and 1/2 green pepper sliced
20 marinated sun dried tomatoes chopped
1/2 can black olives chopped
3/4 cup white wine vinegar
1 tbs dried basil
3 tbs garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup CANOLA oil

Mix together pasta, carrots, celery, scallions, mozzarella, peppers, sundried tomatoes and olives. In another bowl, mix vinegar, basil, garlic powder and salt. Add oil, mix very well. Pour over pasta, mix thoroughtly. Chill 5 hours before serving.
