toss together and then refrigerate 2 c. cooked diced chicken,1-c. sliced celery,1/2-c. chopped cucumber, 1 orange peeled and sliced,1- apple unpeeled and chopped, 1 large banana, sliced 1/2 c. peanuts, chopped.
When ready to serve place on a nice bed of watercress,fresse, or baby arugala and spoon on this dressing:
1/2 c. sour cream 3 Tab. chutney, chopped, 1 tea. grated orange zest 1 tea. lemon juice,1/4 tea. curry powder salt and pepper to taste combine all ingredients and mix well.
