Apple Pie Cuts

My mother used to make pie cuts and the only thing I really remember is that the bottom crust was covered with corn flakes. Does anyone have the recipe. Thanks in advance

Lenore, do you mean pie crust? I've never heard the term pie cuts before. If that is what you meant then I am fascinated to learn a new term. Bring it on!

Pie Cuts

The family always called them pie cuts. The bottom crust was put into a sheet pan, covered with corn flakes, then the ingredients for the apple "pie" and then covered with a top crust. I think, I'm 70 so thinking back that far is a chore, she brushed the top crust with miolk. I'd sure like to find that recipe
