Fizzy Jemima

1 part lemon juice
1 part maple syrup
2 parts light rum
sparkling water (can use lemon-flavored too)


Mix w/ice in a shaker.
Pour sparkling water into your sugar-rimmed glass,
over ice till it's half full. Pour Jemima mix to fill.
