Not sure what you mean by "progressive herb keeper", but if you mean one of those enclosed containers with water that keep herbs fresh in the fridge, any of the cooking supply companies (Chefs, Cooking.com, etc.) normally carry them.

wow, for only $13 I can get a jar with a lid...
If I have fresh herbs to store, I either wrap them in a moist paper towel and put in a palstic bag (not fully closed), or put some water in a jar.... like flowers in a vase.
