Breadcrumbs for breading meat, fish, vegetables

Fresh breadcrumbs are amazing. Add some herbs when you put them thru your FP.

Try Lemon-oregano pork chops from Cooks Illustrated. Add yu oregano (no salt needed even thou they call for it) black pepper, zest. dip the chops in the lemon juice then the crumbs. Refrigerate on a rack well in advance.
