What you will need:
-2 large eggs
-1 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
-2 cups of crab
-1/2cup frozen peas
-garlic minced (add to taste)
-lemon grated & juice
-brown mustard 2tblsp
-1/4 red onion
How to make:
-in pan: sauté onion, garlic, peas, and celery (until tender, celery will become translucent)
-in a large bowl mix together: eggs, 1cup panko, pinch of parsley, mayonnaise, mustard, 1tsp lemon juice, sautéed veggies
- form your crab cakes with mixture coat with remaining 1/2 cup of panko.
-heat your oil on stovetop to fry up your patties
-fry each patty until golden brown, then remove from heat.
-sprinkle parsley and lemon grated over the top =)
