Chocolate Pancakes and Other Things

Ok, call me and my wife kids, but we love having meals in different times of the day, like eggs for dinner, sandwiches when we get up, or steak for lunch. Pancakes are one of our favorite foods, and I am addicted to anything chocolate.

I know most chocolate pancake recipes use cocoa powder or chocolate chips, but has anyone ever tried Hershey's Syrup? I want chocolate pancakes, but don't have powder or chips, and was wondering if I could add syrup. If so, how much should I add?

I know this sounds ridiculous, but it just came to me, and I wanted to bounce it off you guys.

On a more culinarily sane note:

Chicken and Snow Peas...Best way to prepare? Should I go with the traditional Beef and Snow Peas dishes that are out there, or should the chicken be done differently? I am talking boneless chicken breasts, and frozen Snow Peas. Simple preferably.

Oh I wish for the day when I can have a fully stocked kitchen...My stomach yearns for what I could create...
