Hi guys, was wondering if it is possible to make choux pastry before hand, uncooked? only to be cooked when there are orders???
or if i make a choux pastry i need to cook right away ????
is it possible to make choux pastry n just store it in the fridge and fry them few days later???? how long's the shelf life??
will the quality change????
