DD Pepperoni Rolls Recipe - Bah! Help!

Ok, so I love these, most likely horrible for you, pepperoni rolls, but I don't want to spend $10.99 for a half dozen everytime to get them. At the moment I know the cheese inside is provalone and the pepperonis are...well...pepperonis. All I really need to know is what type of bread would I use? And what type of temperature sounds right to bake in? If anyone could help I'd appreciate it!

We have those as appetizers every christmas eve at the MILs house.
You could also use a loaf of frozen bread dough, thaw, roll out and add your pep and cheese. Then, bake (oven heat would be according to manufacturer's directions) till golden.
