I just checked and JCook hasn't been on since the end of August. It's hard to see how much, although by using the term "Picante sauce", I'm wondering if she meant the jarred kind made by pace. (does it come in different sizes?)

Barb - JCook's recipe wasn't for Mexican Cornbread - it was for a Mexican Cornbread Casserole! I would guess you could use 1-2 cups picante sauce.
