If any of you like to make your own pasta you might like to try this. My kids love it..All you need do is add some butter and a light dusting of Parmesan and your set..It will take most pasts sauces too.

1-1/2 c. flour
1/2tea. salt
3-large cloves garlic
1-Tab. olive oil
1/2c. finely grated Parmesan
2-eggs
about 25 leaves of Italian flat leaf parsley

Combine flour, salt and garlic in f/p. Blend about 30 seconds till you can smell the garlic.Drop in the parsley , Add the oil, Parmesan and eggs process till dough forms a ball. About 15 seconds. If dough seems sticky add a couple tab. of flour, if dry add a few drops of water. Turn dough onto cutting board and knead by hand about 2-3 min. Wrap in plastic wrap and let rest about 30 min. or overnight in refrigerator. Form you noodles and cook as usual..makes 2-3 servings..
ENJOY
